These Terms of Use apply to the AI1 Sales website operated by AI1 Sales LLC ("AI1 Sales," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about AI1 Sales and a way to request a Growth Review. Website content is informational and does not create a client, agency, advisory, or other service relationship by itself.
3. Growth Review requests and scheduling
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge when requesting a Growth Review. A request is not an acceptance of services or a guarantee that AI1 Sales will provide a particular solution. Scheduling is handled through an embedded third-party scheduling service and is subject to its availability and terms.
4. Communications
Communications by phone or SMS are sent only where affirmative consent has been provided or another lawful basis applies. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP where supported or by contacting us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
5. No guaranteed results
AI1 Sales does not guarantee any particular revenue, sales, lead, appointment, conversion, savings, or business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, sales process, data, staffing, and follow-through.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to AI1 Sales and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.

AI1 Sales' total aggregate liability arising from the website will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid directly to use the website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
